Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time to mark your calenders for Houston's finest crawfish boil. Date: April 5th
Time: Whenever the first beer is consumed on April 5th
Place: ( Dustin and Sheila's)

No need for any formalities, simply pm either one of us, or let us know you are coming via this forum. We just need to have a ballpark estimate of how much crawfish, beer, etc. to have handy. Also, let us know if you need assistance with sleeping accommodations.
Woo Hoo! Let's all bring in Springtime together with some great food, friends, fish, and family (I am sooo out of nice f words!)

Starting time is about 3:30. That's when the first pot of mud bugs are dropped into the boil. 50lbs of crawfish at 8 lbs per boil and 25 minutes to cook and rest each pot means 3.5 hours of continuous eating. Not to mention 20 lbs of sausage, 20 lbs of potatoes and 10 lbs of corn that are being cooked with the crawfish, everyone better start stretching their stomaches.

Sorry for anyone who missed Crawdaddy '08. The food was wonderful, the weather was perfect. Don't miss it next year!

That statement in itself, made all of our efforts worthwhile! Hopefully, next year, we'll have more club members in attendance.
