A new brewery just opened up in Conroe which is just of few miles north of my house. Most of their beer is available on tap for now. I suppose that is because they are so new. They do, however, sell some of their beer in cans and bottles. The website is http://www.southernstarbrewery.com/. If you click on the our beers link you can see the ingredients including particular yeast for each specific brew. The also have the ABV and IBU for each beer as well. It make take a while to reach West Texas but keep your eyes open.
